Great atmosphere, good food, beautiful surroundings, close to Panda house and zoo, friendly cleaning staff, nice location.

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location is perfect with beautiful scenery next to the lake. We were thrilled to be so close to the zoo and had a chance to enjoy nature on the area. The breakfast was delicious and the staff provided excellent service. Everything was clean and the hotel facilities were great.

The hotel is situated in a very nice location right across from the zoo and has a beautiful view of the lake. the rooms have a balcony to sit and relax and immerse in the surrounding nature. the breakfast buffet includes a vast variety of gluten-free products. There is a spa area with a swimming pool and saunas that the guests can access free of charge in the morning.
The hotel requires some refurbishment work.

I had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. the location was absolutely stunning, with the hotel situated right by a beautiful lake, offering breathtaking views. The peaceful and serene surroundings provided the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Secondly, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. Their attention to detail and willingness to assist made me feel very well taken care of. Lastly, the breakfast provided was satisfying, with a good variety of options to choose from. I particularly appreciate the traditional Finnish offering of oatmeal and cheese, giving me a taste of the local cuisine.
All was satisfactory, nothing to complain about.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location by the small lake was absolutely stunning, providing beautiful views from the rooms and a peaceful atmosphere. Secondly, the staff was attentive and friendly, especially the cleaning staff who made sure our room was spotless. Thirdly, the basic amenities provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a nice indoor swimming pool and saunas. Lastly, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options and catered well to different tastes.
All in all, our experience at this hotel was absolutely fantastic.

The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful natural landscape and has stunning lake views. the architecture of the building is truly unique and impressive. Plus, the location is great for outdoor activities.
My romantic escape was ruined by the state of the rooms. the interiors were very outdated and worn out.

Loved the unique architecture and proximity to the wildlife park and walking trails. Was pleasantly surprised by the stunning view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options for different dietary requirements.
The room was slightly outdated and could have used more modern amenities. , the noise from children playing in the area around the hotel could be heard clearly in the room.
